SwimTrek, the world’s leading open water swimming holiday company that runs open water swimming tours in over 40 worldwide locations in more than 20 countries around the world brings you a job that won’t feel like a job—unless your idea of work involves swimming in crystal-clear waters, guiding adventurous swimmers, and troubleshooting everything from guest complaints to unexpected jellyfish encounters. SwimTrek is hiring guides for the European Summer 2025 season (and for 2026 as soon as this year’s season finishes).

ü  To behave in an appropriate manner and maintain professionalism at all times.
ü  Supporting the Operations team in the handling of all and any incidents
ü  For trips that offer video analysis, a degree of swimming coaching and technique advice will also be required.
ü  For coaching trips, we require Guides to have coaching qualifications.

And he is announcing the hosting, from 4 to 10 August 2025 of the first official World Cup stage right in the heart of Patagonia, where swimmers from more than 20 nations will compete in open waters facing the Perito Moreno Glacier, inside the Los Glaciares National Park.

A truly spectacular event, held over one full week, and a unique opportunity to experience winter swimming in an extraordinary natural setting.
